We were commissioned to optimize and digitalize a previously manual process for creating a factoring application for our client in the financial sector.
The aim of the project was to map the business process and user tasks as well as the workflow using wireflows and interactive prototypes as part of UX prototyping.
In order to make the application process more efficient and easier for the rapidly growing customer base, the previously manual application process was to be completely digitalized. An automated and clear user interface for complex application creation was developed: input-dependent processing and compact information now replace the manual document masks. This has significantly reduced the amount of processing and maintenance required.
By conducting a UX vision workshop to examine user behavior and to specify the tasks and objectives for the creation of a factoring application, we were able to meet the client's requirements within the specified project duration.
During implementation, Hyand had to combine the needs of the various user groups into one product in a meaningful way. A central application for managing and tracking applications was the solution: a number of simple user tasks in the application process were completely automated. Using agile methods, the application process was visualized, tested using prototypes, coordinated with the stakeholders and ultimately optimized. The final IT solution makes day-to-day work with applications much easier for users. Applicants are guided quickly and purposefully through the application process.
