For our customer in the automotive industry, the management of qualification measures for employees and partners is the basis for uniform quality standards. This required tools for partner qualification and management.

Our solution

All qualification standards are broken down by the tool and processed into a binding qualification pathway. This makes it possible to quickly view the training status of each of the 110,000 external specialists at any time and from anywhere.

The result

Each side - the qualifying department and the employee to be qualified - has its own web interface that is individually tailored to the respective needs. Everything is intuitive and well organized - all employees receive the necessary information.
