Compliance & Environment

With a view to our common future

The goals of economic success and social responsibility are inseparable for Hyand. Responsible and ethical behavior towards employees, business partners, society and the environment are an integral part of Hyand's value system. Compliance with the law in our business activities is a matter of course. The following compliance guidelines are based on these principles and form the binding content of our business policy.

Compliance guideline

We comply with applicable law at local, national and international level.

Equal opportunities: We do not tolerate discrimination against any person.
We respect and uphold internationally recognized human rights and support their observance.

Occupational health and safety is a central component of our company.

We comply with the applicable laws and regulations when collecting, storing, processing or transferring personal data and information. When collecting, storing, processing or transferring personal data (e.g. name, address, telephone number, date of birth) from employees, customers and third parties, we exercise the utmost care and strict confidentiality. We are supported in this by our data protection officer and the data protection coordinator.

We give equal consideration to ecological, economic and social goals in our business activities.

We take all necessary measures to avoid conflicts of interest between customers and Hyand, customers and individual employees and between individual areas, or to resolve them where they should arise.

Hyand examines all offers from its business partners, suppliers and service providers fairly and impartially and commissions them after evaluating defined decision criteria such as suitability criteria and qualifications.

Hyand does not tolerate any form of corruption or bribery.

We see ourselves as an active member of society and are therefore involved in a wide variety of ways. Donations made must always be documented in a traceable and transparent manner, i.e. the recipient and use must be known and the reason and purpose of the donation must be legally justifiable. Payments to private accounts are not permitted.

Fair competition is very important to us. We consistently reject relationships and agreements with competitors, suppliers, distributors and dealers that impair fair competition.

We integrate all environmentally relevant business processes into our management system and are constantly looking for improvements.

We promote the environmental awareness of our employees in order to jointly protect the environment in all areas of the company and to use raw materials and energy sparingly.
