We have a hybrid working model - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

The aim is to get to know, practise and deepen various techniques for relaxation, "switching off" and stress reduction. The course takes place online via Teams and initially only in German. With the help of simple, practical exercises, you can experience the effects of meditation for yourself and deepen them in exchange with colleagues. The individual techniques will first be explained by Hans and enriched with background knowledge about the specific effects, before being practiced in practice.

In order to bring more momentum into our everyday (office) life, we thought: why not overcome our inner couch potato together with our colleagues and do office gymnastics once a week for half an hour (no working hours)? That way, we can effectively do something about our tension and prevent back problems.
