The aim is to get to know, practise and deepen various techniques for relaxation, 'switching off' and stress reduction. The course takes place online via Teams and is initially only available in German. Through simple, practical exercises, you can experience the effects of meditation for yourself and deepen them in dialog with colleagues. The individual techniques are first explained by Hans and enriched with background knowledge about the specific effects before being practiced.

If you suspect that you need computer workplace glasses or that your vision has deteriorated with your current workplace glasses, please consult your eye doctor or optician. If necessary, you will be able to choose lenses and, if required, a new frame. When you collect your glasses, you will be given an invoice which you should submit to the Human Resources Department. It is important that the invoice is clearly marked 'workplace glasses'. You will receive a maximum subsidy of €180 per year with your pay slip.
