🇵🇱 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 - 𝗛𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻
As part of our 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝗽𝗼𝘁𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱, we're taking a closer look at one of our long-standing nearshore teams - based in Wrocław and working hand in hand with colleagues in Germany.

This team has been running strong for over 𝘀𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. What began as one of Hyand's first nearshore projects has evolved into a 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲, 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳-𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗶𝗻𝗴 setup with almost 20 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝘆 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 - many of whom have been part of the journey since the very beginning.

🌀 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘄𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸
We follow 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗺 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘁𝘄𝗼-𝘄𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝘀𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 and collaborate fully remotely - though most of us are based in Wrocław.
Workdays start flexibly \(some at 6 AM, others closer to 10\) and on 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆𝘀, you'll often find a few of us catching up over lunch at the office.
Every other Monday we run 𝘁𝗲𝗰𝗵-𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄𝗹𝗲𝗱𝗴𝗲-𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 to keep learning and growing.

We’re not just writing code – we’re contributing ideas, challenging assumptions and building solutions that create real value.
One of our current challenges? Coordinating across 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 – but with strong communication and a proactive mindset, we make it work.
 
And when it’s time to unwind? A beer or 𝗽𝗶𝘇𝘇𝗮 𝗺𝗲𝗲𝘁𝘂𝗽 every now and then reminds us what everyone actually looks like. 😉
