This team has been running strong for over ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐˜†๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐˜€. What began as one of Hyandโ€™s first nearshore projects has evolved into a ๐—บ๐—ฎ๐˜๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐—ฒ, ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—น๐—ณ-๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ด๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด setup with almost 20 ๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ต๐—น๐˜† ๐—ฒ๐˜…๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฏ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐˜€ โ€“ many of whom have been part of the journey since the very beginning.

We follow ๐—ฆ๐—ฐ๐—ฟ๐˜‚๐—บ ๐˜„๐—ถ๐˜๐—ต ๐˜๐˜„๐—ผ-๐˜„๐—ฒ๐—ฒ๐—ธ ๐˜€๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜๐˜€ and collaborate fully remotely โ€“ though most of us are based in Wrocล‚aw.
Workdays start flexibly \(some at 6 AM, others closer to 10\) and on ๐—ง๐—ต๐˜‚๐—ฟ๐˜€๐—ฑ๐—ฎ๐˜†๐˜€, youโ€™ll often find a few of us catching up over lunch at the office.
Every other Monday we run ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐—ต-๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐—ธ๐—ป๐—ผ๐˜„๐—น๐—ฒ๐—ฑ๐—ด๐—ฒ-๐˜€๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜€ to keep learning and growing.
