As part of our ๐๐๐น๐๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐น ๐ ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ต ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐น๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐ ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ, weโre taking a closer look at one of our long-standing nearshore teams โ based in Wrocลaw and working hand in hand with colleagues in Germany.

This team has been running strong for over ๐๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐. What began as one of Hyandโs first nearshore projects has evolved into a ๐บ๐ฎ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ, ๐๐ฒ๐น๐ณ-๐ผ๐ฟ๐ด๐ฎ๐ป๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ป๐ด setup with almost 20 ๐ต๐ถ๐ด๐ต๐น๐ ๐ฒ๐
๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐บ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ โ many of whom have been part of the journey since the very beginning.

We follow ๐ฆ๐ฐ๐ฟ๐๐บ ๐๐ถ๐๐ต ๐๐๐ผ-๐๐ฒ๐ฒ๐ธ ๐๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ and collaborate fully remotely โ though most of us are based in Wrocลaw.
Workdays start flexibly \(some at 6 AM, others closer to 10\) and on ๐ง๐ต๐๐ฟ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐, youโll often find a few of us catching up over lunch at the office.
Every other Monday we run ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต-๐ณ๐ผ๐ฐ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐ธ๐ป๐ผ๐๐น๐ฒ๐ฑ๐ด๐ฒ-๐๐ต๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐ฒ๐๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ to keep learning and growing.

One of our current challenges? Coordinating across ๐๐๐ผ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ ๐ผ๐๐ป๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ย โ but with strong communication and a proactive mindset, we make it work.

And when itโs time to unwind? A beer or ๐ฝ๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ ๐บ๐ฒ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฝ every now and then reminds us what everyone actually looks like. ๐
