The group of companies around the two individual software specialists GOD and MT is getting new management. Rolf Pasel will become CEO of the entire company with effect from February 1. His task is to turn the newly formed group of companies into one of the leading brands on the international IT market and, together with the team, to further expand its market position as a top 15 German IT service provider.
As of February 1, Rolf Pasel will lead the strategic and operational merger of the two companies together with the existing management team of the GOD/MT Group and drive further growth.
With more than 15 years of experience in management positions, particularly in the areas of IT services and software development as well as in the development of growth areas, Rolf Pasel brings a wealth of expertise to the company. In his previous role at intive as Chief Commercial Officer, he played a key strategic role in the merger of various companies to create an integrated, international software development specialist. As CCO, he was responsible for the global go-to-market and industry-specific portfolio development and, thanks to this experience, will be able to provide valuable impetus for the further merger of GOD and MT.
