The individual software service provider GOD has acquired Berlin-based Conwiss Consulting GmbH. The future IT and software group around the GOD Group and MT GmbH, whose planned merger was announced last fall, is thus once again receiving top-class growth. The aim is to further expand the service offering, strengthen the joint market position and support existing and new customers even better in their digital transformation.
Conwiss Consulting is an IT consulting company with currently more than 30 employees and well-known German customers from various industries. Founded in 2017, the company's range of services includes the development of individual software for customer-specific requirements, as well as IT consulting and software testing services.
As a specialist for individual software, the GOD/MT Group to be formed supports customers from various industries such as the automotive, retail and financial sectors in driving digital change with customized software solutions. The almost 900 employees work at several locations in Germany, Poland, Lithuania and India. With the integration of Conwiss, another attractive location has been added in Berlin. For employees, the merger offers a wide range of options for individual development through exciting project opportunities and professional exchange with new colleagues.
Together, Conwiss and the newly formed GOD/MT Group will cover a broad service portfolio in future. In addition to software development, data analytics and consulting services, the service portfolio will be expanded to include software testing services. At the same time, this merger also strengthens the joint software development division.
The planned merger is an important strategic step towards bringing the existing, complementary services even closer together and further expanding the market position together. According to current internal evaluations, the companies together are among the top 20 enterprise software service providers in Germany.
Alexander Bruck, founder of Conwiss Consulting, will remain with the company as Managing Director and will continue the success story of the future group together with the existing management of GOD/MT.
