🇵🇱 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗖𝗼𝗱𝗲 – 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗪𝗿𝗼𝗰ł𝗮𝘄

As part of our 𝗖𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 spotlight on Poland, we’re not only exploring local culture and team spirit – we’re also highlighting the real impact our colleagues make through their work.

At Hyand, we don’t just write code – we co-create solutions side by side with our customers. A great example? One of our projects in the automotive sector, developed by our team in 𝗪𝗿𝗼𝗰ł𝗮𝘄, Poland.
 
🛠️ 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁
The application enables engineers to configure vehicles before they go into production. Think: choosing the right parts and electronic components – with the resulting configuration serving both as a factory input and technical documentation \(including software versions for electronic parts\).
 
🤝 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗺𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀
This project thrives on 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝘁𝘄𝗼-𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 between the development team and the customer. Requirements, bugs, system changes, tech debt, feature ideas – everything is discussed openly. Both sides bring their topics to the table and 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝗼𝗴𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿.
