  • Record reviews: Customer opinions from the store system, app or CRM are collected and processed - whether keywords, continuous text or short comments.
  • Analyze content: The AI model analyzes topics and causes (e.g. product vs. shipping problem) and structures the statements.
  • Provide insights: The results are collected for each product, summarized and made available for front-end, dashboards or internal evaluations.

Example:

A review such as "The shirt is great, but the shipping company took ages" is automatically separated - product positive, shipping negative - and visualized accordingly.
