Our solution
Our customer chose Oracle Application Express (APEX) to implement the automation platform. Hyand Solutions has a qualified APEX team with extensive experience. Our customer drew on this wealth of experience, enabling the platform to be optimally developed in collaboration with the customer's IT experts. APEX was used to create a self-service portal through which end customer orders are registered, validated, and ultimately fully automated. The existing ordering process was completely integrated into the self-service portal in order to optimize all components. The portal was adapted to the needs of end customers in close cooperation with them. The development went through several stages. First, simple order forms were created, data was obtained from external interfaces, and validation mechanisms were developed. Approval processes were also built in, automation scripts were created, and order orchestration was implemented.
The result
Our customer's new Security Suite for managing firewall rules has been very well received by end users. The commissioning process is simpler and faster for end customers, and internal processes have also been significantly accelerated. The attractiveness and importance of our customer as an IT partner has been further enhanced by the implementation. New features are continually being added to the portal and adapted to current customer requirements.
